All our YMs who attend groups are/have been invited to join in.

Entries will be taken on the day in the clubhouse. RYA U18 Event form to be completed, and

Competitors must sign in on the sheet provided, as for club races.

Parent/group coach or organiser countersignature is required for all U18s as normal club racing procedure.

Team key role adults will be those who help run club youth groups only, DBS checked and recently familiar with our Safeguarding presentations.

Safeguarding officers on the day – Sally, Jo, Jane, Sarah on site.

Priority given to YMs in changing rooms, followed by adults wishing to shower/change.

We ask all Youth competitors to come in kit, and change back promptly after racing. This will avoid congestion in the changing rooms.

We would like a named First Aider to be on site throughout. Any volunteers?

Courses

2 Triangles, longer windward leg and reaches for faster dinghies, inner triangle windward and gybe marks but same leeward mark for Oppies.

PJ a little way up windward leg, pin end for start and gate each round. Detail at RO briefing. Oppies use small red marks, larger course – windward large orange mark, others, yellow pillars.
