Into the Canal now. Three days to Paris.

Mast down safely (Phew!) Off We go again into the canals. Only 240km to Paris! Pas de Problème 😎

Up to Rouen on a spring tide. 9knots at times, with engine assist. Snakey river and swirling currents, no chance of a kip or cup of tea. Now all I have to do is drop the mast.(😎) Monet’s melting cathedral is in shrouds.

Another long haul, 15hrs to Honfleur. But, I’m in the river Seine, upriver is Paris! Parée !!! Can I hear a Can Can, I think I can ,😎

Barfleur, Normandie, Ok fast passage but beam swell not helpful in the races (there are two). Rocks and Rolling!😎
